With a foundation shaped by years of training and competition in basketball, triathlons, ultramarathons, and HYROX, my coaching is rooted in real-world athletic experience and backed by evidence-based methods. I take a Strength & Conditioning approach to help clients build lasting progress, whether they're pushing for performance or looking to stay consistent around a busy lifestyle. My role goes beyond just programming. I coach, guide, and support each client through every step of their journey.
